It should be an ultimate tier skin with new audio and animations. I would definitely buy considering Annie is one of my favorite champs.

Q can be a flaming cannonball, W can be a cannon bellowing fire in a cone, E can be a flaming jolly roger around Annie, and Tibbers would be dressed like Cpt. Hook. Annie's back animation would have her walking off a plank from a small ship. While she's walking and falling off Pool Party Renekton is under the plank gleefully playing in the water and looking up to chomp at Annie. Right before she hits the water Peter Pan catches her and flies her to base. Her dance would be based off of a Native American dance. Her taunt would have tibbers holding a ticking clock swinging back and forth. Her laugh would be Peter Pan's crowing.

It would go right along with Fiddle me Timbers.
