Ekko.

I know exactly what would make people stop bitching about his ult, just make the dude targetable during the cast time, make him immune to cc, but targetable, that way there's still a chance to take him down and he can't just say "lel nope" literally whenever he wants. I'm not posting this cuz an ekko kicked my ass or anything, I've just seen my fair share of ppl complaining about how "op" his ult is on the boards, and it's always the same two complaints, either "it does too much damage op," or it's that he can just use it to get out whenever.
