Jinx's attack speed steroid.

Okay, so I was just in a game playing jinx right, and in the very last teamfight of the game, I noticed that my rockets were shooting EXTREMELY fast for me just having a shiv and a zeal, then I looked down, I was still getting my minigun attack speed steroid, while using the rockets. Might wanna look into that.
