New Eve ult idea!

(Other than giving her current one min damage in the meantime.)

What about a reasonably small line skillshot that ignores minions that can "splash" at other enemy champs if a target is hit that gives her the shield and some Phantom Dancer-esque damage reduction and possibly some sort of AS/AD steroid. This would be in line with an assassin theme and also be much more interesting in general. As an Eve main since before her rework, playing hundreds and hundreds of games on her, I feel comfortable saying I am very familiar with the way she should be played and I think this would be a much more efficient replacement to her current, completely gutted, worst ult in the game (I believe it is the only damaging ult that cannot kill a target?).
