@Riot Player Behavior Seniors, PLS. I present a most thorough, well-thought out defense! (Very long)

I was banned the other day. This is what I am being told.

Your account was brought to our attention because of the recent behavior established on the account. We manually reviewed your case and determined that the interactions on the account was not acceptable. Multiple matches were reviewed prior to this decision. This includes berating others, intentional feeding, trolling, and refusing to cooperate with your team.

These are the violations I have been accused of.

This is my defense, compiled over the last four hours. Please thoughtfully consider the time I put into this.

What does this mean? Are you saying that I berated others, intentionally fed, trolled and refused to communicate with my teammates?

Which violation did I commit?

1. REPORT A SUMMONER THAT IS BEING DIRECTLY OFFENSIVE: Was I directly offensive to anyone in these chat logs?

2. REPORT A SUMMONER FOR SOCIALLY OFFENSIVE/EXPLICIT LANGUAGE: Did I say anything socially offense or use any explicit langue? I certainly didn't tell anyone in the game I hope they were killed in a mass shooting.

3. REPORT A SUMMONER FOR PURPOSEFULLY LOSING THE GAME OR EMPOWERING THE ENEMY TEAM THROUGH DELIBERATE ACTION: Do you have irrefutable evidence that I purposely lost the game or empowered my enemy?

4. REPORT A SUMMONER FOR NOT FOCUSING ON THE TEAM ASPECT OF THE GAME: Did my chatting prevent me from positively contributing to the game or focusing as I climbed from Silver Three to Gold One in eleven days?

5. REPORT A SUMMONER FOR DELIBERATELY REFUSING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME: At which point of any of these games did I deliberately refuse to participate in the game?

2. DO NOT REPORT A SUMMONER FOR USING STRONG BUT NON-DEROGATORY TERMS TO EMPHASIZE AN EVENT IN THE GAME: Did I use strong but non-derogatory terms to emphasize an event in the game? It seems this is the most likely case, after reviewing the supplied chat logs.

How can I be punished when I have 852 ranked games this season for two weeks off of these three or four super tame game reports yet the player who says "I hope you are killed in a mass shooting" and afks in just the span of four games alone is continuing to play.

First Game 2 (?)- http://imgur.com/a/EY9qu Keep in mind a that both game twos contained a play I had just played with previously who had been hyper toxic towards me, as evidenced by the image gallery. You will also notice that Bard has what would be deemed a socially offensive word in his name.

Second Game 2 (?)- http://imgur.com/a/SybRx Here are 9 screenshots that will contrast my chat and "excessive toxicity" to some other players in the game. It includes each one of my chats.

Game 3- http://imgur.com/a/Lb4mI When I first read the statement, "This includes berating others, intentional feeding, trolling, and refusing to cooperate with your team." I was very confused, still am. Is that statement in specific reference to myself? Is there an implication that I intentionally fed this map and refused to communicate because I had smite? I see my score was absolutely terrible. I took Eve middle since I'm kinda an OTP as of late and I took smite to try and counterjungle roam since I am invisible. I have 500 Eve games this season, my most deaths in a game was 21 and I average 8.2 deaths a game. It is a lot but I have NEVER intentionally fed. Included are the screenshots and once again, contrasting images of how the game went down. It also has an image of me smiting Gragas' Gromp at level one, denying him level two. I tried my hardest that game but I was hard countered by a last pick Veigar. There is not much I can do to fight Veig mid as Eve. Once again I will remind you that Riot has stated that not playing the 'meta" is not reportable. I gave 100% effort it was just a bad game. Also, the Morde had 15 deaths himself.

In summary-

Game 1: It can be safely assumed that I was reported by the Fiddlesticks. In this game it can be said that I was reported for telling him to "grow up" but, with context, you can see the Fidd started he was a "little fidd" and I replied to him in jest.

Game 2: In both "Game 2" there is a common denominator player. This player, the common denominator, was quite toxic as a teammate, clearly demonstrated by the included images. It is a safe bet that this troll summoner is one who reported me. Also, considering the Nami and Riven also made multiple egregious statements towards me it could also be assumed those two also reported me. Are you at Riot Games telling me that my making objective statements such as "these things never fail to happen in series" in a series of chats rather than a continuous sentence is a more egregious action than the four teammates who teamed up to bully and harass me yet remain unpunished? Would it be safe to assume that in the second game two the Kindred reported me and very most likely the Bard who belittled me and has a socially offensive word in his name?

Finally, Game 3: I maintain that I put 100% effort into this game and never "trolled" my team, intentionally fed, nor did I refuse to communicate. I was constantly berated by my teammates Morgana and Shaco and my teammate Caitlyn also asked for me to be reported. Therefore, it is safe to assume that the three players with much more egregious chat violations than mine ganged up to report me.

I am being told that over the span of my 852 ranked games this season, four games worth of reports, almost the collective majority of which were submitted by players with more volatile chat logs or Summoner Code violations than myself, is enough to get my account banned for two weeks while these players receive no punishment, yet their games played are very much lower than mine, quite often, and also it can be assumed that due to their more flagrant nature (it would appear) that these players do this often and with impunity.

It really is a shame that I am being told that my actions are not acceptable via the action of my account being banned while others who violate the rules so much worse than me (if I really did at all, all things said and done) do not receive punishment.

This ticket was written out over the course of almost 3 hours, as I searched my match history for the games I was determined a "violator" in and took umpteen screenshots to plead my case. Not only this, but the selective punishment should also be noted. If you thoroughly review all the images I've included you can conclude that many much more serious violation took place and yet the violators remain unpunished.

I have 852 ranked games this season and I am banned from these chat logs based on a 0.46% violation rate yet the player who says "I hope you're killed in a mass shooting" and then leaves four games later (50% violation rate in four games, including much more serious violations) yet I have seen this player playing as recently as a few hours ago."
