[Champion Concept] Claude, the Benevolent
Since I cannot draw, I will do my best to describe him.
He has long blonde hair with white robes and armor pieces (Like Anduin in some respects)
Primary Role: Support Secondary Role: Mage Attack 2 Defense 3 Ability 8 Difficulty 5
His main resource is Mana
Passive: Light's Intuition- Claude by 5 casting spells, gains a bar of light energy which empowers his next spell allowing it to be cast for free.
Q: Arclight- After channeling for 1 second, Claude fires a strangling bolt of Light energy damage an enemy for 80/100/110/130 base damage with an 0.5 AP scaling when hit in the middle of the AOE, it silences for 1.5 seconds. Empowered Spell: The channeling is removed and the spell heals for all of the damage dealt. Mana cost: 80/90/95/100 Cooldown: 12/10/9/8
W: The Blood of Balgi- Claude channels a healing spell upon an ally which, slowly heals the target (Claude can be moving as he is channeling) 10/20/30/35 health per second with an AP scaling of 0.2. Mana cost is 15/12/25/30 mana per second Cooldown is 4.0 seconds at all ranks Empowered Spell: Gives the friendly ally an empowered shot, that deals 50/65/70/85 true damage (no scaling) Note: This move can be completely re-done
E: Enlighten the Faithful- Passive: Claude gains increased ability power for each 4 spells used 1/2/3 AP. Active: While channeling The Blood of Balgi, Claude can give an ally or himself a shield with a base of 50/100/150/200 that scales with 0.3 of Claude's AP. Or this ability can be cast on an ally without channeling to restore 50/70/100 of the ally's resource bar for no mana cost but instead for a significant cooldown of 15 seconds. Mana cost while channeling is: 90/100/110/120 Cooldown at all ranks: 6 seconds Empowered Spell: Restores 250 resource gauge to all surrounding allies.
R: Might of the Valkyrie- Claude smashes his staff into the ground and revives 2 fellow allies who have died straight back to life, with full health but with every other missing resource gauge they may have. Mana cost: 500 at all ranks Cooldown: 280/260/220 Empowered Spell: Claude not only revives two champions, but also gives his entire team regardless of position a shield of 350/400/450 for 3 seconds
Since Riot loves to keep lores short (This is just a general idea, it can be improved vastly: Claude is a kind-hearted man who enjoys the peace of his country, which is unknown. While being blackmailed that his country will not be destroyed if he does not give enough gold to the anonymous bandits, Claude sets out to the League of Legends with the Legendary Staff of the Valkyrie, the staff said to bring those in need back from the grave, in order to gain some sort of tribute for his deeds. Realizing that the bandits had already destroyed his land due to their impatience, Claude becomes enraged and devotes his life to saving those at the brink of death, in order to give them a second chance...
