Make his windwall cost 100% of his flow bar and lower the cd a lil bit on the windwall maybe like 5 secs.

i.e. Yasuo cannot use his windwall unless he has 100% flow and after using the windwall, goes on whatever the cd may be.

It sounded good on paper, let me know what y’all think.

It sounds awful. This would be insane. That would be a gut so hard he would be below Eve stun removal patch bad. Nerf the wall so it can only block a certain amount of projectiles. That is easy and simple keeping his 1v1 and skirmish ability high but lowers teamfighting ability.
