Petition for a Guerrilla sniper style champion

Back when I was new to League, I was just starting to really get into Xerath. I loved his style of setting up, sniping at the enemy, and then repositioning for another attack. It felt like a really cool pattern that had a unique style of micro management to it that allowed for a skilled Xerath to make really cool plays. Then Xerath got reworked. I know he had other issues, and all in all his rework has turned out ok, but I have really wanted that sort of skirmishing sniper feel on a champion again. I want Riot to consider re-adding this champion archetype to the league and properly filling that unique niche.
