Alexia the Shadowblade

Concept: An AP assassin who likes a little AD. A bit of a cross between Akali and Riven. She uses a katana, and utilizes mana (I can't think of any assassins that actually use mana besides shaco.)

Rivals: Riven

Lore: She is an assassin for the Noxian empire. Growing up, she always lived in the shadow of her elder sister Riven. Though they both entered training together, her physical abilities were ultimately deemed unfit to be a soldier. After it was discovered that she had a talent for magic, she was transferred to a different unit. One that specializes in assassination. Despite being a mage, she took great inspiration from her sister's combat style, and learned to use magic to compensate for what her physique lacked. When Riven deserted the empire, Alexia felt betrayed; and resolved to hunt her sister down and prove that she has surpassed her. She is also the one who killed the Ionian elder that Yasuo was supposed to protect; but Riven has been diverting attention away to protect her.

(Riven's name is a reference to Revan from starwars. Alexia's name is a reference to Alek who was Revan's best friend and later an antagonist.)

Stats: Obviously numbers would have to be tested and adjusted for balance.

Passive: When performing an ability, her next auto attack deals 30% of her AP as physical damage. Can store up to 3 charges.

Q Dashing Strike: Alexia propels herself forward with a gust of wind, slashing through the first target in her path (it's a skillshot). Procs on-hit effects. Deals physical damage, but has an extra 40% AP ratio (sort of like a melee mystic shot).

W Ki Blast: Fires a shot of magical energy stunning a target for 1 second (skillshot), and dealing magic damage 75% AP ratio.

E Wind Step: Dashes towards cursor becoming intangible for 1 second. Can be casted twice within 4 seconds. Her next auto procs her passive twice.

R Power Surge: Knocks up everyone around her in a small radius (Dealing magic damage) with a gust of wind; and converts 60% of her AP into AD, and gains 20% armor penetration for 15 seconds. Cannot cast any abilities during the duration of this ultimate.

Hextech gunblade will obviously be a pretty core item on her. Another one I can see being built would be a youmuu's ghostblade for a more ult reliant build. Lichbane would also work wonders on her.

Um.. Assassins that use AP? Fizz, Ahri, LeBlanc, Nidalee, Katarina, Evelynn, Kassadin, etc... Ki Blast doesn't match her kit nor her lore. It should revolve around a blade and wind. Lol. Seems like a rearranged Yasuo kit to me, kinda, sorta. That passive is so broken. Beyond belief. Her E, Wind Step. Also broken. Intangible for one second? A dash like that lasts shorter than a second, so she'd be intangible after dashing and could combo people. Cast twice within four seconds? That's 2 seconds of intangibility and two dashes within four seconds, with no cooldown between the two dashes. Auto procs her passive twice? That's almost a whole different ability. LOL. Ult is also pretty OP, but the passive or whatever after the knockup seems lame. Broken champ. One more thing.. We already have Zed the Master of Shadows. We already have Talon the Blade's Shadow. New nickname or whatever, pls.
