Champion Concept - Ellya, the Pacifist
Hi forum folks!! This is my first idea for a champion that I had. I dreamt about it and thought it would be pretty interesting. Despite playing a lot of
and enjoying killing in the game, I am a pacifist in real life. I've always wanted to see a more pacifist approach from a champion's design.
was great but it bothered me that he had no issue killing non-jungle creatures. This champion is supposed to be a support champion that has no resource bar, I really hate resource management (duh, I play Kat). For her lore, I was thinking she could be Vastayan, but whose view of the world is the opposite of
. While their goals are the same - with freedom for the Vastaya - their methods are very different. I would really love your opinion on my concept!

##Abilities ####P - "Pacifist"
Ellya cannot damage enemies in any way, shape, or form. Ellya can use basic attacks on allied champions to heal them for 10 (+5 per level) (+0.6 AP) health on hit.
####Q - "Staff of Clarity" - 18/16/14/12/10 seconds cooldown. 350 range.
Ellya uses her Staff of Clarity, shooting a magical orb in a straight line in front of her, the effect changes based on the target hit:
- Ally champion: removes all Crowd Control debuffs, even supresses, and grants a 20% burst of movement speed.
- Enemy champion: clouds their vision, reducing their line of sight to 100 range for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds.
- Non-allied minion or monster: Marks the target for 1.5 seconds, if the target dies before the mark expires, Ellya receives 10 gold and has Staff of Clarity's cooldown reduced by 50%.
####W - "Concentration" - 10 seconds cooldown. Toggle ability.
Ellya channels her concentration for 2 seconds, rooting her in place. After channelling, Ellya becomes slowed by 75% and gains an extended vision range of 20/40/60/80/100% allowing her to see over walls. Taking damage, healing an ally, or casting an ability cancels Concentration. Concentration also grants Ellya true sight while the range is increased.
####E - "Hear My Plea" - 15/14/13/12/11 seconds cooldown. 1200 Effect Radius.
Ellya slams her staff on the ground before her, charming all enemy champions in a cone in front of her for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. The range of the cone decreases by 3% for every 100 bonus health to a maximum of 80% reduced range.
####R - "Armistice" - 120/100/80 seconds cooldown. Global Effect Radius.
Ellya sends out a call for peace between all creatures and structures on the map. After a 1.5 second delay, no one can attack any target for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds.
- Champions:
- Cannot use basic attacks that damage enemies - Ellya can still heal her allies.
- Cannot cast abilities that deal damage. Abilities with non-damaging effects can still be cast but any damage dealt from that ability is reduced by 100%.
- Minions dance together instead of attacking each other.
- Turrets do not attack.
Damage attacks that were cast before Armistice's call are not affected.
