[Champion Concept] Sid, the Snake Rider
**Lore: **(Needs more work. I am thinking he hails from an extinct tribe in Shurima.)
Sid has learned the art of combat while mounted on a giant snake. This unusual manner of combat allows for Sid to surprise his enemies with challenges that they have never faced before.
Sid rides a snake he has raised since he was five years old. Sid named his best friend "Spot" for the notable spot on its head.
**Passive: **(Levels 1/6/11) Spot never stops moving towards your cursor while Sid is mounted and ignores unit collision. Once every 60/45/30 seconds, Spot can consume a minion or monster under 200/250/300 (+ total consume stack) by running through it with his head. Consuming adds 1 to his consume stack and increases his length. If Spot is lead into a wall, or into himself, or is made unable to move by a crowd control effect, Sid will be knocked off and stunned for a second. This knock off can be used to jump over thin walls.
**R (Mount/Dismount): **(Sid begins with one rank in this ability and can increase it at levels 6, 11, and 16 up to 4 ranks.) *Mounted: *Sid dismounts Spot.

**W (Secretion/Poison Blade): ** *Mounted Toggle: *While active, Spot secrete poison near him. Enemies in range will be dealt magic damage each second for 3 seconds. Continual exposure renews the poison debuff.

- Damage: 22/34/46/58/70 (+30% ability power)

- Cooldown: 4 seconds *Dismounted: *Sid soaks his blade with poison, causing his basic attacks to apply a poison debuff that deals magic damage every second for 3 seconds.

**E (Slither/Front Flip Attack): ** *Mounted: *Spot raises his head for 2 seconds. Spot can climb over terrain if he gets his head over it. He will slide to the closest open area after the duration.

- Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 *Dismounted: *Sid performs a front flip strike damaging enemies within 150 range and knocking them up. Sid will attack the unit under your cursor or, if no targets are present, Sid will simply strike in the direction he is facing. This can be used to hop over thin walls or to keep himself from being stunned after being knocked off of Spot.

Please give me some feedback on this concept. I do not care about the numbers as much as I do the utility of the kit. I am not trying to balance a game I have never worked on. If you want to explain to me why other numbers are better than the ones I have for this concept, I have nothing against that.
I am struggling with what to do with Spot while Sid is dismounted. Right now I designed the kit for Spot to wait where Sid dismounted him. What do you think Spot should do while his friend fights without him? Should Spot fight with Sid? Should Spot be targetable/killable? What happens if Spot is killed?
