INTRO: Thanks for viewing mine and Straga's champion concept. Furr is a champion who plays almost solely in the mid lane, revolving around mana, whether it be his own or the enemy's mana... A poke mage with the potential to burst squishy targets, Furr completes team compositions by countering enemy laners, sieging, and making sustainability hard for the enemy team.

Also, the link is to something that I pinned on my Pinterest that I imagine is a very similar look to Furr.

PERSONALITY: Furr is a quiet and self-centered, almost narcissistic.

LORE: To Be Determined. Imagine something along the lines of grew up somewhere he was around a lot of magic, started to become klepto, added his two skills together to become who he is today. If anyone wants to do this, that would be awesome.

ABILITIES: Passive - Mana Torrent: Every third ability casted steals power (fury, mana, energy, manaless) from an enemy and converts it into mana. If this third ability hits an enemy champion, the enemy receives a Mark of Mana (which is displayed by a blue-ish purple crystal floating over that character). The Mark of Mana cannot be consumed by Repentance for at least 3 seconds. (preventing 2-stack q r unpredictable nuke)

Q - Mejai Blast: Furr sends a small, dense orb of magical energy forward, exploding in a radius upon hitting a target. Upon hitting a target, Mejai Blast deals 75/120/165/210/255+(0.5 AP) , then explodes instantly, dealing 35/50/65/80/95+(0.5 AP) to the target alongside other enemies in the radius.

W - Mana Whirlpool: Furr places an AOE whirlpool that reduces enemies magic resist and armor within it by 15% and deals 20/30/40/50/60+(.2 AP) and steals 25/30/35/40/45 mana per second for 5 seconds (Does not steal from champions who do not use mana).

RANGE: 950/350 COOLDOWN: 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds after effects end MANA: 90/100/110/120/130

E - Arch-Mage Rune: Furr places a rune that can be blinked to after two seconds of casting it and within ten seconds of casting it. While the rune is in place, Furr has 20%/22,5%/25%/27.5%/30% movement speed. The rune can be destroyed by being stepped on by enemy champions, but slows the enemy who broke it for the 20% movement speed it granted to Furr.

R - Repentance: Passive: Every time that Mana Torrent is successfully used on an enemy champion, a Mana Stack is gained. Upon using Repentance, all Mana Stacks are lost. Mana Stacks cap out at 2/4/6 stacks. Active: Spawns and vaults a large mana wyrm from Furr in an arc, dealing 275/425/575+(.7 AP) into an area of effect and slowing enemies hit by 50% for 1 second. If an enemy has a Mark of Mana when hit by this ability, they receive +25 true damage for each Mana Stack stored and are slowed for 50% for .5 extra seconds, and silenced for 1 second.

Laugh: A scoff that is quiet, it is like that laugh that you do when something was too funny to laugh at but it was mean and that person wouldn't approve of you laughing but its funny and you laugh anyway. Kind of hidden, you know? I really can't think of the adjective to describe it! :(
