Dodge Team in CHamp Select for ranked?

HI Everyone, I've been playing ranked a lot and I realized that when you're playing with other people in ranked, it does not mean that their intentions are good. I played several games where another player would ban the champ that a 2nd player selected. NOW @ first, I thought damn that is wrong and the 2nd player is really upset because he wanted to play FIZZ mid and they banned him. I thought yeah it wrong but its ranked so they will be mad and get over it and just play. THEN on more than one occasion, the person fed on purpose because they're upset. NOW I didn't dodge because I had already dodged a few games for the same reason. The 2nd player won't because he wants to feed to get revenge. NOW why should I have to suffer and have dodge queue times or lose LP for someone else's bS? I was thinking we should have a Dodge Team option. The team can dodge just like surrender if most agree. Something like /dodge type in dodge if you would like to. I think it's better and a healthier solution, the messed up part is this, I get penalized while the person who banned doesn't and the person who would of intentionally feed gets to play another game without waiting.
