[Client]--Chat message pop up as new/ Show completed messages won't go away.

When I log into League I get an old message pop up as a new message it shows a notification. When I close all my messages and reopen client same thing happens and all the messages are reopened. Also, with the missions when I unclick "Show completed messages". It still shows all the completed messages. It will go away and then after finishing a mission, it will show again all the completed ones.
