Proposed Item Reworks
HI guys, here are some Item reworks I would love to see this next season!
Original
2400g
+40% attack speed
+40 magic resistance
Passive
UNIQUE: +42 bonus on-hit magic damage
UNIQUE: Basic attacks (on-hit) grant 6 magic resistance and reduce the target's magic resistance by 6 for 5 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times for a total of 30 magic resistance.
Limitations
Ranged role Ranged champions only steal 3 magic resistance per basic attack, up to the same cap.

Notes
loses the attack speed, but in return becomes a decent MR item for bruisers and tanks who want to shred magic resistance for their team.

UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to 20% bonus movement speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets and Void Gates.
Active
UNIQUE: Targets an enemy turret to prevent it from attacking for 3 seconds (120 second cooldown). This effect cannot be used against the same tower more than once every 8 seconds.

Notes
loses the HP Regen, but then gains health and armor to bring it in line with the other armor items such as 

. The active cooldown is also reduced to make it usable more often over the course of the game.

UNIQUE – IMMOLATE: Deals 12 − 29 (based on level) magic damage per second to nearby enemies. Deals 「 200% bonus 」 magic damage to minions and monsters (325 range).
Notes
They overnerfed 
and virtually erased tanks from the jungle meta, leading to a large part of the boards feeling like there's too much damage in the game. Putting some HP back into the item without changing the bonus hp percentage would bring some tanks back while not making them too overpowered.
