IdeaPool for Sejuani's Rework/Update, finetunning mostly.

The goal of this thread is to collect ideas and overall improve the current changes or atleast present a treshhold of ideas that riot might/should test out. Yes, everything might change, but thats basically our goal. We want to influence those changes! We are part of this game, so why not atleast suggest ideas?! And thats what we are doing.

But should stay more or less close to Riot's idea, since completely new things take to much time and will definitly not make the cut.

Now some Analytics/Problems/Suggestions:


Fury of the North [Passive]:

HUGE powerbudget! SlowImmunity is good, the 100% and 100flat Ar&Mr will definitly get nerfed, way over the top. 50% lower and level scaling likely. Otherwise we have a 80%+ reduction for 3 seconds every 15s OoC. Just Insane. Recharges faster with movement.

Suggestion: 3 sec Slowimmunity is fine, but the Armor/Mr duration should be halfed and/or the values toned down. Could additionally gain faster recharge from freezing an enemy (Ult and E, potentionally W) Powerbudget down.


Frost stacks:

Currently 4 stacks max, (team melee )AAs and W apply stacks. At 4 stacks seju can stun a target, with her E. ~9 sec cd before frost stacks can be reapplied.

Suggestion: 5 or 6 Stacks max, 2 from Seju AAs, 1 from teammates melee AAs, everybody hit by the Ult gains 1 stack, another stack if the enemy is in the exploding radius. leaning more towards 5 stacks, 2 AAs and 1 part of the W is enough to get full stacks. But Allied AAs are weaker. Same/better for Seju.

Reasoning: Leader Theme, if she just stays behind its not as effectiv as her beeing in the frontline. Also the ult needs some power back. The duration before frost stacks can be reapplied should be around 6 seconds. But I dont know the actual duration currently.

Potentionally each frost stack after the first could slow the enemy a bit, like 5/10/15/20% on 2/3/4/5 or a bit less like 2,5% - 10%. But thats highly optional and increases the used powerbudget alot!


Arctic Assault [Q]:

Like the old Q, but lower dmg (20-80 flat)

Suggestion:

For her "leader" feeling: If she hits an enemy with her Q her Allies get a brief +10%ish ms towards the target. (1000 range) (like a Janna passiv) (if scaling wanted, ether level or rank scaling, no ap/hp etc. scaling)


Winter's Wrath [W]:

1st part, 1/4 dmg circle AoE, 12-40 (+1%Total HP); 2nd part, 3/4 dmg linear AoE, 36-160 (+4%Total HP); Total: 200(+5%Total HP) Both apply 1 frost stack, low cd, +20% vs monsters

Suggestions:

A) 1st and 2nd part deal each 1/2 of the dmg, so both deal 24-120 (+2,5%Total HP) I dont know alot about flails but it feels like a morningstar to me, so I would suggest a change to the 2nd part's hitbox. Its a still a line at first and then a circle, where the heavy part crashes into the ground. Basically like Graves Q, but instead of a rectangle its a circle. The circle also should leave behind a small 20-30% slow area for 1-2 sec. To use the 2nd Part you ether reactivate the Q or hold down the Q button to use it as fast as possible after the 1 part finished.

And now going over the top, a special interaction with gauntlet! The slow radius is increased if you have a gauntlet :P About 5%ish bigger, but this is highly optional.

B) Again 50/50 dmg split, so both deal 24-120 (+2,5%Total HP), but the 2nd part is an enhanced AA! The enhanced AA has more range, and a circular impact with the extra slow(like gauntlet) (also has the "hidden" interactiv part with gauntlet(slightly bigger slow radius)) Its also an AA reset and you need to press the button once more to activate it. (Or you hold the key and it will be activated if you release the key)

C) We keep the 1/4 and 3/4 dmg split, but she spins her flail around and after x spins she gains ether the enhanced AA or the AoE dmg from A). But she can reactivate it early to gain the enh. AA/AoE.
Basically switching the old W around, first cast spin, 2nd cast enh. AA or AoE dmg. She also cant AA while spinning.


#Permafrost [E]:

1-2 sec targeted stun when fully stacked, very low cd so its basically usable against every stacked enemy.

Expect the 6 sec duration, no further changes.


Glacial Prison [R]:

Singletarget Stun 1s + 75/125/175 (+40% AP), everything doubled and creates a 30% slow zone after some distance, zone explodes after 2 sec and deals 150/250/350 (+80% AP) and slows by 80% for 3 sec. (Stunned Target doesnt get dmg twice).

Lost alot of powerbudget and 3man+ Ults dont feel that rewarding anymore.

Suggestion: Everybody in the zone gets 1 Frost stack, if it explodes another one. (So ulting 3+ is more rewarding) The stunned target can get stacks applied after the stun or only has half the normal duration before stack can be applied again. (So the intial target isnt the safest...)


Do you have other ideas? Some changes to much/weak? Just blantly throw them into the comment box! I'll be waiting, let Riot see our Ideas!

One suggestion I liked was to maybe reduce the effectiveness of her ult's AoE slow, but make enemies within it Grounded while it's active.
