INSPIRATION KEYSTONE RUNE THE DANCER

Comments: "The dancer is unlike prior Keystones. The dancer can be truly inspirational and beautiful. A team with a dancer, may just overcome anything."

PASSIVE: When you dance, you can inspire anyone nearby. Inspired teammates move 25% faster while within 500 meters of your dancing. Not only that you restore an additional 1% of your health and mana every second! Dance your heart out kid. Be the inspiration. 0.75 second delay on speed bonus coming into effect from initially starting the dance.

The only time I can see this implemented is in April Fools. I want this to be a thing now.
