Summoner Icon. When will we be able to move them arround?

Icons are good. I love them. But I lose myself easily in all of them. I would like to have the ability to move them to my wish. For example, Having poro icons at the top and the other icons at the bottom.

Also i still want to point out that the "minions" Icon are still not updated... (No need to delete them but create new ones that would fit the new summoner rift would be cool. :)
