It seems that this litle "lag" when the q is pressed is general, not only me got it. It's not really bothering but sometimes we go in the first fight and then we lag, we might die for the 2 second of laging moment. Please rio verifie.

Actually I noticed that too, the last time I played sona, I had pressed Q on a jungle invade and my screen froze for a second. The rest of the game it didn't happen though.
What kind of sona player doesn't charge her passive in base?
Happens to me too, whether I am Sona or someone else is; on the first use of q the game stops for a second and then continues on as normal.
This is a known issue, we're looking into it! :]
My first Q is usually at the fountain, but I think I remember this happening once when I didn't. Glad this is being looked into
