Missing a match history, Ranked

I won with my friend a ranked game, and right now i m in my promo. I lost one but i need to win 2. And when i won one, well the server have issues and forget about the game...... That not cool guys. I know you are sorry for the all this to happen but a game is a game. And in promo especially. Games in ranked became difficult because of afk and disconnected people.

Please bring me back my game. I need to pass my promo and that game helped me.(friend can prove it (if he don't have the same problem))
