(Insert name here) The Beast Tamer

I think that we need more rider champions like Sejuani and Willump, so i had this awesome idea (well i think it's awesome) for a new rider champ. I think this champ should be small (yordle maybe?) so he/she can ride on the backs and or necks of the monsters. Inherently this champion should be mostly a jungler.

THE ULT This champions ult should be that he/she can hop on the back (or neck) of a jungle monster (except for maybe Baron that might be too OP) that has 10% or less health. The monster that he/she rides gives him/her a shield that when depleted the monster that he/she is riding dies. The monster should give The Beast Tamer a semi-permanent buff in some department for example, the Rift Scuttler would give a speed boost until it is killed. Enemies cannot harm you so they attack your monster first then when the monster dies then they can attack you.

I thought that maybe the Q could be a whip of some sort and the W could maybe be some kind of taunting whistle, the e could be some kind of passive
