Is there any chance that RIOT would ever make a Champion like Abathur from Heroes of the Storm?

For those who dont know: Abathur is a Hero who is very weak by himself, low life, low attack damage, low attack speed, low movemet speed... you get the picture.

His power is that he has a global range spell that is casted on allied heroes, giving them a parasite which can cast spells on its own. A straight line skillshot that does decent damage on long range and low Cooldown, an AoE circle dmg spell that has additional effects based on how you skill him (it can slow enemys or heal the allied hero), and a shield for the hero that carries your parasite.

I freaking LOVE this hero, because its a very unique playstyle, and I really wonder if a champion like that would be possible in League.
