Would a champion like "Cho'Gall" from HOTS be possible in League?

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the concept, read here Cho is basicly a two part hero/champ that must be chosen by both players in order to work, since one controls movement and certain activations and the other player controls its spells and combos.

Would it be possibly to have like some sort of Fortress or juggernaut like champ that captures this same concept of this hero, 2 players picking it and having to work together to succeed? Or would it be too crazy ? (not to mention if one goes afk for X reason the other half would be screwed >_> )

Doesn't work as well since HotS has a far more fluid laning meta and emphasis on moving around a lot to take objectives, while League is fairly static in that regard since there's no map objectives that will push for you, meaning you need a constant presence in lane at all times.

Would be fun, but the meta and mechanics in LoL won't let it happen.

Unless you send him botlane you would screw up the game for any other lane, but botlane he would be up against Marksmen and Support that together would have a field day with one target that nets them two kills (especially champions with %HP damage or just champions that buy item 3153). If they ever decide to make a champion like that they should make him premade exclusive though.
