What about a champion that instead of re-birthing a champion resets them to a previous time and location?
The Ultimate would send the target back in time to their previous location and previous time. By which i mean resetting cool downs, health, and location on the map!
This would change the dynamic of team fights easily!
Let me hear your thoughts!

Sounds cool though. Using it on a Volibear that popped his passive. Or a TAHM KENCH!
Oh wait.. you said reset cooldowns.. yeah idk about that.
It can make really good or really bad plays.
Maybe remove the CD part.
See the thing is if you are chasing and this support ults you to save you.... you would get sent back to a certain location.... meaning it could put you in danger or save your life. Granted if ekko ulted to get his health back and get a kill... if he is ulted by this champion yes his ult would get reset but he would lose said health and put him back to the same spot. and also This could also be used against the enemy, Imagine if and 
tired to ult after he was ulted by this champion it would save your team by sending him back to a location isolating him from his team.
This ability would also be impressive against jungle ganks. Also it allow you jungle to gets ganks easier. just saying maybe not CD reset but it was just a thought.
