A new kind of 1350 skin

Wouldn't it be awesome to buy a skin with a new VO without the price of 1820

For the most case Legendary skins (1820) have a few requirements/commonality

1. New Voice Over(VO)
2. New particles
3. New animation
4. New Model These are in numerical order because not all of them have the latter of the list

I will be using some recent skin as examples

Knockout Lee sin If he had an all new VO this skin would of been worth 1820 (most 1350 skin have the same cases where if they have a VO there price would go up) For lee sin since his particle are limited his new animation pump up the cost without the new animation his cost would be 950 (in my opinion)

Because of lee sin adding a new type of 1350 skins(added animation) I think riot should include another.

A new kind of 1350 skins where not much particle is added and no new animation but have a new VO. These skins works best with melee champ becaust they already lack intensive particles.

These champ would have model and QoL changes that are fitting like Order of the Lotus Irelia(750) but with added VO cost 1350

For example a popular Idea Brorelia would have the base model worth of a 750 skin but have a new VO therefore adding to the cost making it 1350

another example is imagine if under world wukong didn't have the extra particle which weren't very noticeable and had a new VO wouldn't that have more value.

the only thing I see that might cause issue is that some people might say that "why not go all the way, this just limit its potential" to that a I say this provide a better price for us players
