What if: Shen and Poppy

I was just thinking what if new Shen Passive Q and w were on Poppy and Poppy's Passive, Q and W were on Shen. They both would still be the Juggernaut/Tank hybrid if their kit were switch but it might be more fitting. Now I'm not saying this NEED to happen it just feel like their kit or half of their kit might be better on the other person.

Passive: Vorpal Blade - Shen imbue his Vorpal blade with his Ki if it kill a target his ki return to him granting him a shield.

Q: Ki transfer- Shen charges his sword and stab the ground transfering his ki into the ground leaving a mark that will detonate after a delay.

W: Ninja Prowess- Shen prepare himself for oncoming enemies when they jump into his area they are met by a spectral after image of Shen

E: Shadow Dash- Remain the same

R: Stand United- Remain the same

Passive: Armored Yordle- When ever Poppy land an ability she gain a shield

Q; Hero's Hammer-Poppy call fourth her hammer empower her next three auto attack

W: Iron Ambassador- Poppy hammer imbue her essence onto her allies allow any allies in the area to block auto attack for a few seconds

E: Heroic charge; Unchanged

R: Keeper's verdict: mostly unchanged but it will summon her hammer

For Poppy there might be a problem because I don't know what she would use to attack people if she don't have her hammer with her. Her shield maybe? Also the abilities ratio and base damage may be change for balance purpose.
