Master Skins
Maybe there should be a master skin for every champ, but you can only get it if you have lvl 7 mastery with them AND like 300k mastery points.

got lvl 7 and over 350k mastery points, now give me my skin hehe xd
Could you imagine if Riot announced this for just one champion?
Just think about if Elementalist Lux required people to be level 7 to buy it.
Over the last few weeks, EVERY match would be GUARANTEED to have a Lux.
People would dodge if they couldn't get her.
It would be an absolute nightmare.

The cost of the skin is irrelevant because a lot of people are going to get it regardless.
My point is that people will go ape-shit crazy over grinding her mastery points, to the point of it actually hurting the overall experience.
