IMPORTANT: Downvoting buries threads and discourages discussion

Downvoting a champion concept regardless of the reason undermines the purpose of posting the concept in the first place.

almost 100% of the time people want to discuss the concept, and talk about the implications and how to balance it. When you downvote it, it's position on the list is lowered, and less people will see it.

Seeing all these downvotes on people kinda depresses me, especially when the S&CC community is already so small. It just makes posting concepts less accessible
