Weather in Summoner Rift

playing this game for a long time SR just seems a little bit.......bland. it always clear (except during Snowdown) and just doesn't feel fresh. i think weather should be added as a feature that can be turned on or off through menu. when enabled a RNG will determine what kind of weather will happen. the weather types are: Clear, Rainy, Sunny, Snowy, Dusty, and Cloudy. Clear is default when feature is disabled (or snowy when Snowdown). while they could be purely aesthetic they could have in game effects too. Clear: same as it is now. nothing changes. Rainy: the Jungle river extends to cross the middle of the three lanes as one whole line and movement in the river is reduced by 20%. Sunny: movement is increased by 10% and all fog of war is removed enabling global vision for both teams. Snowy: all jungle camps are gone aside from Dragon and Baron, which have their buffs increased by 25% and have shorter spawn times. Dusty: both teams have permanent Nearsight and Wards have no effect. Cloudy: both teams have permanent Nearsight and can only get vision from Wards on the map. Wards last twice as long as normal. i just think that by having weather included in some way (either by aesthetic or special mechanics) it would keep things fresh each game play.

Aesthetic yes. Special mechanics no.

Uncontrollable rng would feel bad as a mechanic in the base game. And skins/particles would all have to be looked into to be sure that certain ones aren't "camouflaged" or anything. Having a champion who has a passive like that or something would be interesting though. Nerfed heavily of course.
