Champion - Nexilis – Being in tune with reality Nexilis can see the strings of the universe that connect everything, pulling and tying them up as he pleases.

Passive – All Tied Up, Passive attacks decrease your target’s attack speed, critical strike chance, movement speed and attack damage, armor, and magic resist by 1% + 0.6666 per level – 0.3333 per their level, decaying over 2 seconds.

Q – Toe the Line, on the first cast, start a timer for 2+max length/1000 seconds and tether to a orb, champion, or entity (range is 330 + 70 per level) with a line that bends around everything, slowing everything it touches that’s movement would stretching it out, by (Current length)/(Max length) %. Can be recast every 0.3 seconds for the animation time, adding a new thing to the line. When it reaches its maximum length (500/1000/1400/1800/2000) it breaks dealing (80/100/130/160/200 + 80% AP) magic damage to everything. Cost is 35/40/55/70/100 + 10 per connected entity mana for every break, cooldown is 12/11/10/8/6. If line is not broken when the timer stops, mana is refunded for the percentage of the line not extended at the moment. You can be touching more than one peice of the line for double damage.

W – Sacred Nexus, set an orb on the ground (1/2/3/3/4 max) which lasts for 70 seconds. Orbs are not used up after being attached to twice. mana is 10/15/20/30/40. Store 1, up to 3/3/3/4/5 orbs every 30/25/20/20/20 seconds. The animation is 0.1 second.

E – Powerful Attraction, pulls what you’re connected to by 20/40/60/80/100% (divided by number of entities connected to) of the length of the line down the line and breaks the line. If you are connected to an orb, move to the closest one. Costs 20/20/25/30/30 mana and can be cast only while the Toe the Line is active.

R – Strings of Death, Connect all orbs, champions and entities touching the line into a single unbreakable line. the line breaks when recast doing (100/200/300 + 100% AP)*(1 + length/2000) magic damage. Other lines (Q) can be cast during this period but at twice the mana cost. Costs 100 + length/7 mana if you don’t have enough mana it will come from your health. Basic attacks and on-hit affects apply to everything connected. Damage on anything on the line affects all entities by 15/25/35%. Cooldown is 40 seconds.

Build contains Zhona’s hourglass, Trinity Force, Boots of Swiftness, Rylai’s Crystal Scepter, Atma’s Reckoning, and Abyssal Mask. Let’s say I’m in mid and I just reached level 6. I cast Q on the enemy lanner and they try to run away, they get a certain distance away and it breaks. Or they don’t run away, and they attack me because they know I can’t do a lot. So, I start autoing them to lower their magic resist then pop my Q on a minion that’s far away then all I have to do is move a little bit and it breaks. Or, If it’s not long enough still I can put it on a minion close to me then another one far away. So, if there are three things, a b and c. and I Q them in that order the string will go from c to b to a. or I can place a hook that’s in an optimal position to make it longer.
