Hakku is a melee martial artist specializing in close-quarter combat and quick skirmishes. Unique to Hakku, his skillset composes of multiple abilities that can be linked together to form chains of flashy and versatile attacks. His speed often leaves his enemies in the dust as he executes them in a blinding flurry.

Important Notes!: Hakku's abilities can chain in the form of "links". A "link ability" is an interchangeable 3rd stage for any ability. For example, After using the first and second stage Q, Hakku can choose to either use the W Link Ability or E Link Ability giving him two choices. Like wise for W, Hakku can either W>W>Q Link or W>W>E Link. This also means Hakku can't use the Link Ability with the same ability: Q>Q>Q Link does not work! One more additional note. Hakku can link a link ability with another link ability. Example: Q>Q>W Link>Q Link. An example combo: Q>E>W>Q>W Link>E Link>Q Link>R>E>W>Q>E Link>Q Link>W Link.

As best I can, here is Hakku's skillset. Hopefully, I'm able to properly portray Hakku as I conceptually imagine him!

Innate: Dragon Dance

Chaining abilities temporarily increase Hakku's Attack Damage and Cooldown Reduction. Stacks only accumulate when alternating abilities (Using Q then W grants a stack, but using Q then Q will not). AD and CDR increase per stack: 2.5% Max Stacks: 10 Duration: 2.5 seconds

Q: Rising Flame

First Stage: Hakku kicks enemies in front of him dealing physical damage and reducing their armor. Second Stage: Hakku strikes the ground dealing physical damage and knocking enemies around him back a short distance. Hakku gains a small shield for each enemy knocked back. Link: Hakku kicks backwards dealing physical damage to enemies directly in front of him and knocking them airborne.

W: Breaking Wind

First Stage: Hakku sweeps dealing magic damage to enemies in a wide area around him and reducing their magic resist. Second Stage: Hakku flows through the air to target location dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and slowing them. Link: Hakku teleports over target enemy and slams it into the ground dealing physical damage to nearby enemies. If the target was airborne, it is stunned.

E: Balance

First Stage: Hakku draws energy from nearby enemies dealing magic damage and healing himself based on that damage. Second Stage: Hakku draws energy from within himself temporarily increasing his movement speed, mana regeneration, and health regeneration. Link: Hakku dashes swiftly to target enemy and deals physical damage to it.

R: Roaring Fire

Hakku burns with passion immediately refreshing the cooldowns of his basic abilities. Hakku's next ability within a few seconds engulfs the surrounding area in flames for a few seconds dealing initial physical damage plus magic damage over its duration.

Lol at breaking wind XD

I don't think a "martial artist" is very interesting though, we have Lee Sin, and the idea of a human beating his fists against Malphite and Alistor feels kinda dumb.

I'd go up one level and use a 4-6 armed god like many Hindu gods, and use more grappling inspired moves.

You could have him employ 2 more arms every time he chains to a new ability, so he has 2 arms, than 4, 6, than 8.

Maybe his skills gain effects the more arms deploy, and only increase and maintain arms by using a different ability rather than repeating it.

I don't mean to hi jack your idea, but I don't think any champions should be made unless they bring a deeply original identity to the game. A god that was banished to the void, and returns with spectral arms is way better than Lee Sin/Udyr/Zed 2.0

And for the record, every champion is a "martial artist".
