I agree but then again they said they were going to back in the summer and then never mentioned it again. I would at least like for them to acknowledge it and give us some news on progress or something.

Pretty sure they would have already done it if they were going to, especially since the Victorious Morgana skin came out.

This. If they bothered to make a new skin on her old rig, it means they sure as hell aren't planning a new model anytime soon. Tho her base skin should at least get a TU to match her splash. It is atrocious.

Not true at all. Eve has a new skin coming (currently on the PBE) and she is in BAD need of a VU. They've even said she will have one in the future.. so Morg could very well have one too. Also, Morg's splash is outdated so that will probably get an update as many base splashes have.
