Zilean and hiemer idea

I have searched yet but has anyone mention a doctor who theme with these two. Zilean can look like the 'war doctor' with a tardis on his back.

Hiemer can look like the 11 doctor with the funny red hat, and a sonic screw driver in hand.

Interactions can be like: Hiemer: you look like you're suffering from a ti me whimey thing. Zilean: Timey whimey? No more of that.

Zilean: why are you pointing that screwdriver at me?

Hiemer: so it does look smaller on the outside.

Zileand speed buff: run clever boy/girl run

I am sure there are more whovians that come up with better stuff.
