[CLIENT] Random unresponsive mouse clicks

Experiencing random times when my mouse clicks are unresponsive. I have only experience this today on all the of different champs I have played today. Not sure what is going on. I experience this on ARAM, ranked and custom.
--- My machine meets the recommended --- I play on the NA server ---On a wired mouse, so there are no batteries to worry about.

Things i have tried --I have restarted the whole machine --updated all drivers --lowered all graphical setting with in the game.
--As far as I can tell my network has been steady.

Things left to try --playing on different server --uninstall/reinstall game.(really want to avoid)

UPDATE:: looks like its server..... so I guess I am finally experiencing the packet loss that everyone else is talking about?

I'm having the same problem, and have been having it for a few days now. I've checked any possible software issues, and even went so far as to open up and clean my mouse. I can right click in other programs and games on my computer just fine, it's only when playing league. When I looked up this issue, i learned it's a problem people have been having for years and i still don't have a definite answer on the issue.
