A Dual Sword Wielding Champion
Now before anyone mentions Katarina, NO...Those are daggers not swords, same goes for Akali...Also, Shen doesn't utilize his so NO to that as well. Preferably Katanas. I know league is kinda pg-13 now but the auto attacks/abilities that slice/slash you should show a blood spilling effect.
Q can be a slice that causes the "bleeding" effect like Darius. W could be a double slash that slows the enemy. E can be an empowered ability that has to charge for like 2-3 seconds which extends the range on Q after it's used and allows you to use W twice. R can be a dashing slice...something like what Kenshin or Mifune does, you know that single to quick for the eye to see slice where they end up behind you on one knee then they sheath their sword then you die..something like that. So R would kind of be like an execute but can only be used on 1 enemy, we don't want another broken Pyke.
His/her passive - when he/she gets low on health, below 25% to be exact, his/her movement speed and auto attack speed is increased by x% ...something that would make him/her move faster to escape or close down enemies and also do damage faster for let's say 10-15 seconds.
