Championship Riven

We should be able to buy it since:

  1. Limited skins that were never supposed to have been in the store again get put back in the store every year.
  2. All following championship skins released after it have been and will be put in the store every year.

We had a petition for Championship Riven last season. It was semi-confirmed that Championship Riven would return at some point.
