Something needs to be done about Riven.

I don't think Riven is op, I main adc and I usually blow her up without too much effort, and when I go against Riven I never feed them. However, from my games, she seems to get fed against top most of the time, and when she gets ganked she'll get a double kill out of it at least half the time. While I have nothing to suggest in terms of balancing her, changes need to be made to keep her viable in high elo play while making her less unfun to play against for less experienced players. I'm tired of having a fed Riven flash onto me and W, then kill me instantly when I play an immobile champion like Jinx.
