Abilities:

Passive Friends behind enemy lines: After suffering 50% current health loss of an ability, jumps into his sack of unusual merchandise, and begins casting to teleport to the nearest ward. While casting he gains a significant amount of magic resist and armor (35 additional armor & Magic Resist per level only last while channeling) . After a 3 second channel, he will instantly teleport to the nearest ward. (Note: If Emerson dies while channeling his cool down will be cut to a 1/3 of the time for this ability) Cooldown: 120 seconds

Q Flood the Market/Craftsman's Tricks:

Active - Flood the Market: Emerson copies the blueprints for his enemies weapon, Then makes a cheaper knock-off for himself. This knockoff last for 6 seconds increasing his damage by .45/.6/.75/.9/1.05 times his AP.

Passive - Craftsman's Tricks: Emerson knows what is a genuine item and which ones are fakes. This knowledge gives him an edge, All items are discounted. 5/10/15 gold off. (NOTE: this passive only levels up at level 3/8/13) Cooldown: 16 Range: 500 Cost: 65

W Contraband Explosives: Emerson pulls the pin on a highly illegal and highly valuable new grenade. He can either throw it at a target location or draw his enemy in by martyring himself. The blast deals 70/90/110/130/150 Magic damage (+20 AP). Blinding all enemies with the blast for .5 second. (Note: If Emerson is caught in the blast he will be blinded as well.) Cooldown: 6 Range: 675 Cost: 80

E Embargo/Free Market: Passive - Embargo: If emerson cast Free Market on himself or and ally, they become immune to movement impairing effects for 3 seconds. If Embargo is cast while Flood the Market is active, the effects of Flood the Market are extended by 4 seconds.

Active - Free Market: Target's abilities and basic attacks ignore 25% of enemy champions Magic Resist for .5/1/1.5/2/3 seconds. Cooldown: 8 Range: 400 Cost: 90 R Monopoly: Emerson places an economic recall a target's weapon, disarming them for 4 seconds. Artwork: I imagine something like a cloaked figure with his face covered (he is so famous gotta cover it so he can have a normal day). Wearing a duffle bag/satchel over his shoulder across his body. With a skinny but fit body where he doesn't look like he will get beat up for the things he sells. Almost like the Merchant from Resident Evil 4.
