How to make Fiddle viable again

Two solutions:

First, you could just revert some of his nerfs.

Most of them were unwarranted anyhow; only two of the nerfs he has had in recent years (No more 3 second fear, no more 7 bounces) were even somewhat deserved.

1. Give him his fear back. "Flee" defeats the purpose of the rest of his kit.
2. Give him his bouncing silence back (even with some limitations). Is it annoying? Yes, but that's kind of the point of Fiddle.
3. Give him back his tether range. Seriously, nerfing that gutted the rest of his kit.

If you don't want to do that, you could always just buff the shit out of his current kit. Make him toxic, and get him gutted the next patch.

1. Make Q apply nearsight.
2. Let him move during W.
3. Let him bounce his E off of himself.
