I can't tell the color honestly, the way the light shines on it makes it hard to tell. Truly can't tell if she is supposed to be her normal purplish or white...its the dress thing all over again.
The lighting for the "photo" maybe? Any mistakes in that aspect can cause things to look differently, color included.

I wouldn't want Nami to be wearing a LOLKing (or whatever it is) walrus costume. She is a majestic creature. That skin would mock her.
