It comes with a login screen.
Edit: You should probably mention the second image is a Kha'Zix redesign, not a Deep Terror Skin.
CabbagePatchTV2 votesDamn, this looks good.

I actually love this. I'm not one to usually spend money on skins, but I would buy this. If you are really missing the spikes, it looks like they could be added to his claws (the little bumps that are there now look like they might fit the bill nicely).
JesterSummoner1 votesThose claws are brutal
Best Darius KR1 votesThe splash art is a mess
AdanChristo1 votesRiot can make this skin in less than 1 day, and make a good profit, but guess what? they have poor management and thus, limits their income, fiora hasnt gotten a new skin for years LOL

Gale Aria1 votesDayyyyuuum.
Neon Emperor1 votesI came up with this idea while ago (2 years maybe) and asked artist if he could do splashart. Came out pretty well and it makes me glad that it's still around boards.

This is only .0000000001% of how much i want this skin it could cost more then a ultimate skin and i would still through Tons of Money
HighH11 votesI still like Mecha Kha'zix but the bug deserves a new skin.
JT47971 votesHoly fucking shit. RITO PLEASE! I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL NEVER ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE IF YOU JUST GIVE ME THIS SKIN!

Kasti1 voteseither his claws are really big or the image is zoomed in too much to make it seem like they're big
FlameHalbrdOkido1 votesNice, really nice. There's a lot. Of dedication here, even if it's just a skin sever aspect of it was done very well. You did a very good job
WindOfVengeance1 votesLooks... weird, for some reason this skin reminds me of Dead Space :D
CrimsonCloud131 votesThey are releasing Death Blossom soon, looks similar to deep terror concepts! http://www.newsoflegends.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Khazix_Splash_3-1024x604.jpg
