Update Number 1 Post:

With the Kit Update (Thank you for correcting me Sukishoo) for Malphite in the works and after seeing what his updated skills looked like, I thought it was time to throw in another skin idea. I give you, Castle Black Malphite This is a rough sketch, nothing is finalized yet :) Let me know what you guys think in the poll.

I like the general idea of a Malphite skin that makes him a walking castle. Definitely would enjoy such a skin in the game.

About the sketch itself: I like it, but I would change his hands. These 2 different types of weapons on his arms make it look like a skin for Blitzcrank instead of Malphite in my opinion.

I totally see what you're saying My thoughts on those weapons was that his hands would transform into them when he activated his W ability and he would pierce and clobber his enemies as he attacked not that his hands would stay that way the entire time I still think I should keep things as they are as it fits the theme for a medieval castle being haha

Hahah I’m afraid if I add a cloak that he’ll look a bit like old mordekaiser 😂 I can totally see that though! Hmm..that gives me an idea I’ll play around with some more back apparel/accessory ideas Thanks for your post!

With the Visual Update for Malphite in the works

Where did you get this idea? All that's in the works for him right now is a mini KIT rework.

There are videos of his VFX being updated on all skins atm Besides just his W being changed, his abilities are getting slight updates to their look as well like his Ultimate for example Side note- If you haven't seen his W activate on Obsidian Malphite you should check it out! It looks so intimidating! But yeah, sorry I should have been more clear on what that Visual Update meant since I assumed everyone would know

Yeah, again it's just a kit update so it's got some VFX. Not a Visual Update which would be a new model.

Update: Incorporated some of his stony features, Chiseled out the shoulders some more, Added more detail to the flag, chest and cloth design. Made the rock structure on his back look more mountain-like and had it incorporated into and around his head
