[Champion Concept] Freg the Dwarven Archer

Lore:

Freg is a dwarf who went on an adventure to explore Runterra. He is an old dwarf who fights enemies that try to stop him. On his adventure he visited a lot of places like: Demacia, Zaun and Bandle City, but he really liked bandle city, because he thought that only dwarfs are small people. He met a lot of friends that he really liked and helped them fight against their enemy. The people in Bandle City loved this little old dwarf or as they call him 'The Protector', and they wanted him to stay in Bandle City.

Gameplay:

In game, Freg takes the marksman role. He excels at dealing a lot of damage from a moderate distance and stays safe with his crowd control abilities. He doesn't have a gap closer which makes him a bit more vulnerable than the other Marksmen but the crowd control makes up for most of that. He's good at harassing enemies in lane while dealing a lot of damage in late game teamfights as well.

Abilities:

Passive: Mana Burn: Basic attacks deal 10/12.5/15% bonus magic damage to enemies above 50% health. To champions below 50% health he doesn't deal bonus damage, instead he drains 10/12.5/15% of their maximum mana per attack. After 3 seconds on not attacking the enemy who Freg drained mana from, they will regain 50% of the mana lost. If the enemy is out of mana, Freg will stun them for 1.3 seconds with his next attack and they will regain 25% of their max mana. The Passive upgrades at levels 1/5/9.

Q Spell: Magical Arrow: Freg fires a magical arrow from 700 cast range at a single target enemy slowing it for 30% for 2 seconds and damaging it for 60/80/100/120/140 + 50% AD and amplifying all physical damage dealt to the target by 5/8/11/14/17% for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 16 Mana Cost: 100

W Spell: Hit of Mana Drain: Takes aim for 0.5 to fire an arrow that travels 1400 distance piercing through all the minions. The arrow steals 4/6/8/10/12% of the enemies maximum mana + 1% for every minion hit among the way of hitting the champion. The arrow deals 120% of Fregs total AD + the mana stolen from the enemy. If the enemy is out of mana it will be stunned for 1.3 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 Mana Cost: 100 (because if you hit you gain mana back)

E Spell: Mana Link: Freg links an enemy with a mana link stealing **10/15/20/25/30 **mana per second seconds for 4 seconds. After the link's duration he gains 40% attack speed and the mana stolen as AD for 4 seconds.

Cooldown: 15 Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80

R Spell: Field of Justice: Freg creates a circle field of 750 radius that slows enemies in it for 15% and gives Freg and allies 15% movement speed. Enemies take 15/22.5/30% more damage from Freg and allies and if they take 25% max health damage while in the circle they will be stunned for 1.3/1.6/1.9 seconds. The Field lasts for 5 seconds and will detonate after those 5 seconds dealing 100/120/140% of Freg's total AD and drain 10/20/30% of enemies mana. Cooldown: 135/120/105 Mana Cost: 125
