[Champion Concept] Hydro, the Guardian of the Enchanted Waterfall

Lore :

Hydro was created by the purest of beings, the soul of the Enchanted Waterfall itself. He's been given power to guard the waterfall, but at the time of his creation, he didn't know anything about life. Throughout the courses of his life he has to learn about the power he's been given, to keep the waterfall safe.

Gameplay :

A hyper mobile, AD bruiser, devourer jungler, having a great gank potential, and a good teamfight, while he can also duel strong champions due to his extremely strong stick potential. Early game he has great clearspeed with his passive and E ability and his Q and W let him stick to the opponents.

AD : 60 +3 HP : 549 + 86 MP: 278 + 58 HP REGEN : 7.15 + 0.72 MP REGEN : 7.11 + 0.81 ATKSPEED: 0.644 + 3% AR: 23 + 4 MR: 32 + 1.2 MOVE SPEED: 335 ATK RANGE: Melee

Abilities :

Passive : Splash Attack / Slide Walk : Splash Attack : Every third attack splashes water in a cone, dealing physical damage to enemies hit. Slide Walk : Walking in the river gains him bonus movementspeed.

Splash Attack Physical Damage : 15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90/95/100 + (100% of Total AD) Slide Walk Movement Speed : 50

First Ability (Q) : Agonizing Splash : Throws water in a circle, damaging all enemies hit and creates a slowing zone that gives Hydro movespeed based on how many units are slowed.

Damage : 80/120/160/200/240 + (100% Bonus Damage) Slow : 20/25/30/35/40% slowing zone lasts 2 seconds. Movespeed Gained : 15 per enemy slowed. Mana Cost : 75/85/95/105/115 Cooldown : 12

Second Ability (W) : Enchanted Water Blade : Passive : Every 3 hit deals bonus damage flat + % of enemies missing health and dashes behind the target.

Bonus Damage : 15/25/35/45/55 + (4% for every 1% of target's missing Hp)

Third Ability (E) : Water Style : Enchants his blade with water, empowering 3 auto-attacks to deal bonus damage on the main target and damage to 5 enemies around the target. The third auto-attack will stun the last enemy hit.

Bonus Damage to the Main Target : 50% Damage to Nearby Enemies : 10/30/50/70/90 + (50% of Hydro's Total AD) Mana Cost : 45 Cooldown : 15/14/13/12/11

Ultimate Ability (R) : Smash of the Waterfall : Jumps in the air, then lands on the targeted circle of 450 radius, knocking up every enemy hit and dealing physical damage. The damage dealt is true damage if enemies are standing on Agonizing Splash.

Cast Range : 1750 Knockup Duration : 1.3 seconds Damage Dealt : 200/350/500 + (100% Total AD) Mana Cost : 100 Cooldown : 110/95/80

Cool Idea, I really like some of your ability ideas. I thought it was cool how you made the R and Q abilities interact with each other. I also really like the passive. The E ability reminds me of a combination of Shens Q and Statik shiv. I main jungle, and this seems like a champion I would like to play. Nice work!

Looks good, but you need to work more on numbers. Some of abilities are too strong.

The E is copy of the statikk shiv ,and i dont agree with you that u need to max Q second, i think is better to max E because its the same as statik so it will deal more dmg
