Pool Party Heimerdinger!

I drew up some concept art for Pool Party Heimerdinger! I originally got the idea from somebody who posted on the r/leagueoflegends subreddit about the idea and using pool noodles for a W, and went from there! In case it isn't clear in the image:

• Q (turrets) would be waterguns held up by mechanical swimtubes

• W (rockets) are pool noodles, I'd recommend red to match the regular rockets

• E would be a beach ball, and

• Empowered Q would be a super soaker-esque watergun!

Any CC would be awesome! I have ideas for other skins as well and may start on them soon if people like this one!
