Not sure about what kind of stats to give or amounts to give to each ability, if you have any input, put in comments. I also feel he needs some sort of cc but am unsure where to put it.

Champion name: Taal, the Renowned Musician Pronounced: (Tale)

Lore: Taal was renowned far and wide for his songs and his skill with his treasured lute, Melody. He traveled throughout Runeterra to deliver his songs and to bring excitement and joy to all the people who would gather around him. For years he traveled unhindered, for everyone enjoyed his songs and cheered when he entered their towns. However, one day came that he was to perform at one of his favorite tavern in the Freljord, a place he had played at hundreds of times. Halfway through one of his favorite songs, a man stormed the stage, the smell of alcohol overwhelming his breath. The man stole Taal's lute Melody, proclaiming that he could play her better than Taal ever could, thus the man started to strum her. The notes Melody played were sour and out of tune, she did not want this unknown man playing he and refused to utter out one good note. Enraged, the man threw Melody onto the ground with great force, shattering her into enough pieces, she couldn't be recognized as a lute. Taal stood in horror. Fear, anger, and sadness filled him as he fell toward the ground trying to grab all of the pieces that once took the name Melody. The man who destroyed Melody ran off the stage and out into the snow before Taal could say a word. The owner of the tavern quickly pushed Taal back into center stage and handed him a lute that the tavern's bard normally played. But how could Taal just play another man's lute as if it was his own? His soul was not in this instrument, and this instrument was nothing compared to Melody. He tried to play the foreign lute, but all of the sounds were overwhelmed by the sobbing coming from him. In an instant, he placed the lute on the stage, grabbed as many pieces of Melody as he could, and ran out the back of the tavern, tears still filling his eyes. Alone in the alley behind the tavern he sat, sobbing, weeping, soul slowly slipping away as Melody's soul had already gone. An hour passed, then two, then three, and no one came out to calm the grieving musician. He had lost his instrument, his friend, his soul. On the fourth hour, a man wearing a cloak as black as night came wandering into the alley the musician was weeping, stopping in front of Taal. "I saw the entire thing, a musician who cares for his instrument as well as others as much as you should never have to witness his own intruments destruction," said the shadowy man. "However, I may be able to help you. I cannot bring her back, but this lute here. Well.... I think you will like her," the man said as he pulled a new lute from under his cloak. "Her name is Theem, she may not have the same look as Melody, nor the same notes, but she will make up for it, I assure you. Her... Personality, is unique" The cloaked man handed Taal the lute and instantly the tears stopped from his eyes. From the sheer precence of Theem, he knew she wasn't an ordinary lute, but before he could thank the man, he vanished. Taal felt as though his end had halted in place of a new beginning and with new hope he marched back into the tavern and onto the stage. Scared to play a new lute, his hands trembled, he started to shiver and sweat, thinking he might have made a mistake. "Play..." said a voice in his head. "Just start playing and I will do the rest," it continued. He played one strum of Theem and instantly all the heads in the tavern turned toward him for a sound emerged that was beyond compare. In disbelief, he started playing a song he had played hundreds of times before, but these notes emanating from Theem made it seem as though he was playing an entirely different song. The notes, tones, and rhythm slowly brought the crowd in the tavern to tears for they had never heard such beautiful notes before. Taal then realized what the man meant when he said her personality was unique, for she had the power to control the emotions and feelings of those who hear her music. Revitalized with the new life given to him by Theem, he continued his quest of traveling throughout Runeterra and bringing people to tears, joy, and happiness through his music, but he always kept the pieces of Melody close by, within the satchel he always carried. A month had pasted since that day. He has just finished a concert for the people in Piltover when the cloaked man made a return after the show. "So... How do you like her?" said the man. "Shes amazing. She has given me new purpose and has let me continue my dream!" Taal responded. "Good to hear," said the man, "but now it's time for you to return her or pay for her." "I can't return her," stated Taal, "She has given me purpose, I will pay anything to have her! Name your price!" He screamed. The cloaked man slowly chuckled, "I don't mean money young musician, there's something I want you to do for me, and it involves using her." "What is it you want me to do?" Taal said sheepishly. "You remember the man who destroyed your precious Melody? Well... I heard that that man has ties in the League of Legends. So I want you to join the League with Theem, find this man, and bring him to me with the power that Theem possesses. Only then will I allow you to keep her." "Deal!" screamed Taal without a second thought. For he knew without Theem's power, he could not keep his dream alive.

"Music is my power, but Theem grants me strength." - Taal
