Any possible champion rework ideas?

Set this up to help the community gather up their champion rework ideas for any champions that they feel should get a rework and what their rework should be like. Tell me what champion you feel should get a rework and potentially a link down below and I'll update this so that it can get more criticism and become more seen.

I'll just grab the other post's template and place it here.

Name: Teemo

General theme: Marksman/Assasin

Visuals: Same thing as his old self, but wearing a beret instead of his trademark scout hat.

Passive: Brothers in arms!

During the course of the game, everytime an ally dies, the enemy who pulled off the kill gains a stack of "Watched". A single enemy champion can keep up to 10 stacks of this debuff, assists don't give the stack and you can't gain these stacks for killing Teemo (So feeding won't benefit you).

For each stack, the enemy in question gets a debuff that causes Teemo to gain 3% damage reduction (Even true damage) per stack, up to a maximum of 30% at max stacks, while at the same time, he gets 3% damage increase against said champion with those stacks, also up to 30% at full stacks.

If an enemy dies with the stacks, but Teemo didn't partake in the kill, the enemy loses half his stacks and nothing else happens.

If Teemo kills or assists against an enemy with those stacks, all stacks are consumed, Teemo and his allies gain 30 gold per stack, maximum of 300 at full stacks (Applies after kill + shutdown gold if any).

Q: Poison weaponry

Passive: Does a DoT for magical damage (It's pretty much his old E).

Active: Shoots a blinding dart for magic damage and causing the "blinded" debuff (same as his old Q, but possibly lower the base damage and maybe it's scalings to make up).

W: Agility training.

Passive: Gives Teemo a bonus movement speed that can be denied if CC'd of any kind (A small buff instead of just tower/champion damage).

Active: Teemo rolls in a direction, his passive has double the effect for 3 seconds after the landing.

E: CQC

Passive: Allows Teemo to stealth in bushes only after 2 seconds of being in one, regardless if standing still or moving (Offensive abilities and auto attacks reset the timer or break him out of stealth).

Active: Teemo stabs an enemy, doing magic damage (Does not apply poison). If Teemo is stealthed when this happens, the stab does double damage and slows the target for 2 seconds for 30%.

R: Noxian Trap

Active: Teemo throws a shroom, if nobody touches the shroom before arming, when armed it causes an explosion that deals DoT magic damage + Slow.

If an enemy steps on a shroom prematurely, the shroom explodes instantly, but the poison and slow are reduced by 50%.

Champion interactions:

Joke: Tosses a mini plush of his shroom, talking in a tone before giving a short chuckle.

Taunt: Points a knife threateningly, does a little sword dance before swinging it away and putting it back.

Dance: A random shroom pops from behind him, he sits on it and starts playing a harmonica that he pulls out from his pocket.

Laugh: Not as annoying, but still catchy.

If Taunting the following champions:

Amumu : Sorrow is a common feeling amongst soldiers, we all lose somebody we care about.

Ashe : And by peace, we'll thrive into the battlefield. Don't give up hope, Ashe.

Azir : Your desire to revive your empire is filled with tests and obstacles, you need to keep fighting and remain strong, Azir!

Blitzcrank : So uh... Do you still have that dating service up?

Braum : Your kind heart would make you a great yordle.

Caitlyn : You're a police officer, I'm a military personnel, don't think your authority allows you to check on my war tactics.

Corki : I envy you, safe in the skies while real yordles nearly die on the ground bellow.

Darius : You're no soldier, you're a monster!

Draven : Throw that thing one more time and I'm keeping it!

Evelynn : Let's see who's the master of stealth then!

Fiora : I'll be glad to be your oponent for this match.

: (If classic or relevant skins) Your recklessness costed you your title, your ship... and your arm. (If GP is wearing "Captain Gangplank" skin): You won't make it far living in this web of fear!

Garen : It's an honor to face such a soldier as yourself.

Gnar : (If mini Gnar) Seriously, can you stop throwing that? It's uncivilized! (If Mega Gnar) Don't you dare throw that rock!!!

Gragas : Drunk on the battlefield ain't no way to be... (Reference to TF2)

Heimerdinger : What's the invention of the day, Heimer?

Illaoi : Not a religious yordle, but I admire your ways of teaching.

JarvanIV : A man devoted to follow his father's footsteps, prove your worth and you'll get your wish.

Jhin : Your murder spree is coming to an end!

Kalista : Revenge isn't always the answer, Kalista.

Kennen : Good to see you, still doing part time medicine?

Leblanc : Real, clone... I'll just shoot both!

LeeSin : You... have to answer me a few questions, because you're blind... Meet me after the fight, alright?

Lulu : (Dialogue changes depending on Lulu's skin) To be fair, if you stopped turning people into squirrels/cupcakes/snowmen/dragon/etc... maybe Bandle City would had accepted you.

Malphite : You can't stop the rock, but you CAN slow him!

MissFortune : Don't let your new position blind you of power! For your sake!

Nidalee : Can we just not play "Catch the yordle" again? Last time wasn't fun...

Nocturne : For me, going to a battle is a nightmare already, I don't need you!

Poppy : Trust me, Poppy... The answer to your quest is closer than you think...

Rammus : This is really not OK...

Riven : You can't wash away your sins of the past, Riven.

Rumble : She's allowed to make her choice, it's not up to me to decide who she truly cares for!

Sejuani : So... Do I blind the woman or the boar?

Shaco : Here's a magic trick, presto, go away!

Singed : I don't think I wanna know what's in that bottle...

Sion : How desperate noxians are to maintain their authority...

Sivir : Greed is what gets people killed, there's better rewards in honor!

Swain : You don't lead your men, you control them with fear!

TahmKench : Stay out of Bandle City, Kench!

Teemo (If wearing Omega Squad skin):

You're not my future, begone evil spirit!
You gave up on your code for what? Revenge!?
You were driven by insanity, my mind is clear when I live to tell the tale!

Tristana : (if classic or similar): You're the face of the Bandle Gunners, Lieutenant. Remember your duty!

(If Dragon trainer skin): Well, I suppose I can allow a dragon on the battlefield... But I'm not cleaning AFTER him...

TwistedFate : Can't cheat your way out of this!

Veigar : So we meet again, Veigar... Still after me since Bandle?

: You may be a police officer, but don't think I can't arrest YOU for police brutality!

Xerath : Treason and Greed for power... You're dispicable, Xerath!

Yasuo :

Normaly I'd arrest you on the spot, but I see the truth in your eyes...
You better keep fighting your way to the truth... I'm not allowed to hold back...

Don't you think you can get away with this!

(So yeah, Teemo would go from a happy to a serious yordle, this is my idea, but hopefuly worth the read.)

Urgot could use a rework. As fun as his E+Q combo is his W and R are kinda bland IMO. Galio could use one (badly). Swain could use an update. Yi could. Warwick, Nunu, Morgana, the list goes on. One other thing, I feel like Twisted Fate is getting ignored in this new Mage update that's coming out. He for sure doesn't need a rework, in fact his kit is almost perfect IMO, but for crying out loud give the guy a decent E. His current E is bland and honestly feels lazy and random. Doesn't really fit the character.
