Downvoting spree?
Anyone else noticing that almost every single discussion in this board is downvoted nearly instantly? Seem like you post something up and within 2 hours is has a -2 to -4 rating with no comments to tell you why it was downvoted.

I dont even bother posting b/c of the downvoting spree.
there's actually not a single post right now that hasn't recieved at least one down vote. my guess is Regonos being salty.
Sometimes people just upvote or downvote to show their opinion. Sometimes you don't feel a need to explain.
I've noticed it. This happens every once in a while. Idk if they are legit downvotes anymore or people just downvoting to downvote.
I do wish that those who downvote would say why because that would give some insight for those people who post to know why they got downvoted and can work on it in the future.
Personally, I try to ignore downvotes because I don't know if they are legit or not anymore. It is disheartening though.
Recently posted a champion concept and it was at 3 upvotes for most the night it was posted on and it had 58 views. I came back later and it was down to 2 with 58 views, and I refreshed and it was down to 1 (literally seconds) and still 58 views. Then the views went up a bit (it's at 72 right now unless that's changed since I commented here) and it was at -1 and now it's at -2. So, that's 6 downvotes altogether. 2 of which I think were just for the hell of it. The others I don't know about cause the only comment on it was from me bumping it (it got buried three pages down within an hour. X.x Fast board was fast). Still, I don't mind the downvotes. Just means I need to work harder or that there are those who just want to make people think their concept is bad (there are those out there who do this to make their concepts seem better because they don't have below 0).
But yeah. I do see a lot of downvote sprees where a concept is posted and literally instantly it's at -1. There's no possible way someone can read through a concept/thread in mere seconds unless you're the flash.
Though for legit downvoters...please just explain why. I can only speak for myself, but I don't bite...hard. The most I'll do is talk to you about it and see how I can fix it if it is something needing fixing. I get the whole "not social" part. I am highly unsociable myself, but despite that people should know what was wrong so they can fix it if it needs fixing.
Sorry for rant. I'm just kinda tired of seeing this. Literally things getting downvoted for no reason (because of no comments saying) and within seconds of being posted, or on a subject that is just asking a simple question. Like this. There is really no reason to downvote or upvote this since it is just someone asking if anyone has seen anything similar or noticed anything. This should have stayed at 1. Maybe people downvoted cause they think the OP is saying people are downvoting for no reason, or maybe those who are downvoting are downvoting this out of spite. Who knows, but some downvotes are just silly. Like when I said "I wish I could afford the new Diana skin" in the thread about it and it got downvotes. Like, what about that comment deserves downvotes or upvotes? It's strange to me the things some people downvote.
