What can the community come up with?

I have made this to see what the community as a whole can think of for a champion: abilities, lore, mechanics, etc, through the use of this discussion's comments. I will continue to update the body of this discussion with whatever is the highest rated suggestion for each category of a champion. Any and all ideas and concepts are welcome.
