Domis, Winter's Call
Abilities
Passive: Frostbite Domis' Basic Attacks are ice needles that deal 50% of total AD. Domis gains Bonus AD equal to 100% of his Ability Power and all Physical damage Domis deals is converted into Magic damage. Domis Deals 5/10/15/20/25(levels 1,4,8,12,16)bonus on-hit magic damage, dealt as Frostbite stacks. Frostbite stacks are triggered after he stops attacking his target, the effect can continue to stack until he stops attacking the specific unit. Frostbite stacks trigger after 2 seconds on non-champions, and 3 seconds on champions.
Q: Frozen Spikes | CD 15/14/13/12/11 | Cost 60/70/80/90/100 | Range 600 Domis Throws a spikey ball of ice, if a unit collides with the ball then it sticks to them; units may transfer the ball to other units by walking into them, but the ball cannot be transferred back to any unit that has already had it. Lasts 10 seconds and deals 5% more damage every second. Recast to blow the ball up and deal 40/70/100/130/160+(50% Bonus AD) Magic damage to the target and 50% damage in a 250 aoe. Enemies caught in the explosion instantly trigger all Frostbite stacks they have. 150 aoe when on the ground and 250 once on a unit, with 60 unit collision to pick up.
W: Frigid Fury | CD 10 | Cost 35/40/45/50/55 Domis Gains 40/45/50/55/60% increased attack speed and Frigid Fury for 6 seconds.
Frigid Fury: When basic attacking, needles are fired at up to 1/2/3/4/5 enemies near the target, each dealing half the damage of Domis' basic attack. Needles can critically strike and apply on-hit effects
E: Reverse Frost | CD 16/14/12/10/8 | Cost 50/55/60/65/70 | Range 800 Domis throws a cursed needle, all units penetrated have their MR and AR swapped for 4 seconds and are rooted for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Deals 50/80/110/140/170+(40% AD) Magic damage.
R: Harsh Winter | CD | Cost 100/110/120 | Range 500 | Radius 450 Domis summons a large arctic sphere, all allies inside gain 30/40/50+(5% AD) bonus movement speed and all enemies inside are slowed by 15% and grounded. Enemies who fall below 15/17.5/20% max health are frozen and take 50% additional damage for 1 second. Enemies inside also gain 1 Frostbite stack each second. Lasts 6/7/8 seconds.

Yeah, passive is kind of the counter part to Atlas. He deals only Magic damage, Atlas deals only Physical. Domis is a VERY late-game oriented champion. He has decent wave clear once you hit level 9 with max W hitting all units in a wave. He is great at destroying towers with magic damage doing most the job, and killing tanks who stack only 1 defense type. His Q can be countered by passing to a minion or jungle camp, or champion with a decent shield. His R allows for great team fights, especially if a champion like Pyke is on your team to execute the frozen enemies, but doesn't offer a lot when your team is behind. Frostbite lets you bait enemies into longer engagements without knowing how much damage they'll take after trading is over, but also allows supports with shields to negate some post-trade damage you deal.
Most champions deal huge damage with a quick combo, Domis does burst damage after you run away or even kill him.
